The Grievance Redressal Cell of Princeton College of Pharmacy is established to address the concerns and complaints of students, teaching faculty, and staff members in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The cell works to maintain a healthy academic atmosphere and ensures that every grievance is handled with confidentiality and impartiality.

Grievance Redressal Procedure

  1. Submission of Grievance
    Any student or staff member may submit their grievance in written form, through email, or by using the grievance submission facility available in the institution.
  2. Registration of Complaint
    The grievance received is recorded and forwarded to the Grievance Redressal Committee for review and necessary action.
  3. Review and Verification
    The committee carefully examines the complaint, gathers relevant information, and interacts with the concerned individuals or departments if required.
  4. Discussion and Resolution
    Based on the nature of the grievance, the committee conducts discussions and recommends appropriate corrective measures to resolve the issue effectively.
  5. Communication of Decision
    The decision or action taken by the committee is communicated to the complainant within a reasonable period.
  6. Maintenance of Records
    All grievances and actions taken are documented and maintained confidentially for institutional reference and continuous improvement.
