As part of the National Pharmacy Week 2026 celebrations, Princeton College of Pharmacy organized a Digital Reel Making Competition on 1st October 2026. The event was conducted to encourage students to creatively communicate pharmaceutical and healthcare-related concepts through modern digital media. The competition provided students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity, communication skills, technical abilities, and knowledge of pharmacy through short and engaging digital reels. Participants developed innovative digital content focusing on antimicrobial resistance, responsible medicine use, antibiotic stewardship, disease prevention, public health awareness, pharmacy, and healthcare. The activity encouraged students to combine scientific information with visual storytelling, digital creativity, and effective communication. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, who demonstrated originality and creativity in presenting their ideas. The competition also helped students develop skills in content creation, teamwork, digital presentation, and effective communication. As part of the National Pharmacy Week 2026 celebrations, Princeton College of Pharmacy organized a Pharma Quiz Competition on 30 September 2026 based on the theme “Swastha Bharath: Combating Antimicrobial Resistance.” The event was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ pharmaceutical knowledge, promoting awareness about antimicrobial resistance, and encouraging healthy academic competition among budding pharmacy professionals. A total of 8 teams enthusiastically participated in the competition. The quiz covered a wide range of topics related to pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, antimicrobial resistance, rational use of antibiotics, antibiotic stewardship, healthcare, and general pharmaceutical awareness. The questions were designed to assess students’ conceptual understanding as well as their awareness of current issues related to antimicrobial use and public health. The competition provided an engaging platform for students to recall, apply, and expand their pharmaceutical knowledge beyond the classroom. The participants demonstrated excellent teamwork, quick thinking, confidence, and enthusiasm throughout the various rounds of the quiz. The theme of antimicrobial resistance encouraged students to recognize the growing global health challenge posed by resistant microorganisms and understand the important role of pharmacists in promoting responsible antimicrobial use. A total of 10 teams enthusiastically participated in the competition. The participants presented scientific concepts and healthcare-related themes through engaging, creative, and thought-provoking cartoons, with particular emphasis on antimicrobial resistance, responsible use of antibiotics, antibiotic stewardship, infection prevention, rational use of medicines, and public health awareness. The activity encouraged students to explore innovative ways of communicating complex scientific information in a simple, attractive, relatable, and easy-to-understand manner. The event was successfully conducted with active participation from the students and faculty members of Princeton College of Pharmacy. 2026 Princeton College of Pharmacy successfully conducted a Mental Health Awareness Program on the theme of “Awareness and National Pledge” under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, in collaboration with Prajapita Brahma Kumaris. The program aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of mental well-being, the harmful effects of substance abuse, and the significance of leading a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. As part of the initiative, participants actively took the National Pledge and reaffirmed their commitment to contributing towards a Nasha Mukt Bharat (Drug-Free India). The program served as an informative and motivating platform, encouraging students to make responsible choices and spread awareness about mental health and substance-abuse prevention in society.
