Princeton College of Pharmacy – Grievance Redressal Procedure
The Grievance Redressal Cell of Princeton College of Pharmacy is established to address the concerns and complaints of students, teaching faculty, and staff members in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The cell works to maintain a healthy academic atmosphere and ensures that every grievance is handled with confidentiality and impartiality.
Grievance Redressal Procedure
- Submission of Grievance
Any student or staff member may submit their grievance in written form, through email, or by using the grievance submission facility available in the institution. - Registration of Complaint
The grievance received is recorded and forwarded to the Grievance Redressal Committee for review and necessary action. - Review and Verification
The committee carefully examines the complaint, gathers relevant information, and interacts with the concerned individuals or departments if required. - Discussion and Resolution
Based on the nature of the grievance, the committee conducts discussions and recommends appropriate corrective measures to resolve the issue effectively. - Communication of Decision
The decision or action taken by the committee is communicated to the complainant within a reasonable period. - Maintenance of Records
All grievances and actions taken are documented and maintained confidentially for institutional reference and continuous improvement.
