Princeton College of Pharmacy successfully organized the BC Employability Skill Development Program on 6th January 2026 with the primary objective of enhancing students’ professional competencies and preparing them for the dynamic demands of the workplace. The program was designed to equip students with essential employability skills that go beyond academic knowledge, ensuring their readiness to meet current industry expectations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
The training focused on key areas such as effective communication skills, interview etiquette, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and strategic career planning. These competencies are crucial for building professional confidence and improving students’ ability to adapt to real-world work environments. Through interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and expert guidance, students gained valuable insights into corporate culture, professional behavior, and the expectations of employers.
Special emphasis was placed on helping students understand the importance of self-presentation, clear communication, and collaborative work practices. The sessions encouraged active participation, allowing students to engage in discussions, role-plays, and scenario-based learning that reflected real workplace challenges. This approach helped bridge the gap between theoretical academic learning and practical professional requirements.
The BC Employability Skill Development Program proved to be a highly beneficial initiative, empowering students with the confidence, skills, and mindset required for successful career growth. By fostering professionalism, adaptability, and career awareness, Princeton College of Pharmacy reaffirmed its commitment to holistic education and student development, preparing future pharmacy professionals to excel in competitive and evolving healthcare industries.
