Admission Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria for Admission to B.Pharmacy and Pharm D Courses:
Admission to the B. Pharmacy and Pharm D programs is based on the EAPCET, a common entrance test conducted annually by the Government of Telangana. Rankings are determined by the scores obtained in the EAPCET, along with the marks from the Intermediate or any equivalent 10+2 examination.
Admissions are then facilitated by the Convener of EAPCET through web counseling, allowing applicants to select their course and college based on their scores and seat availability.
The Eligibility Criteria for Admission to M.Pharmacy Course
Admission to the M. Pharmacy program is based on the PGECET, a common entrance test conducted annually by the Government of Telangana. Rankings are determined by the scores achieved in the PGECET. The Convener of PGECET manages admissions through a systematic web counseling process, prioritizing candidates with GPAT ranks (conducted by PCI) for seat allocation, while the remaining seats are filled based on PGECET rankings.
Students have the opportunity to select their course specialization and college. Seventy percent of the seats are allocated by the Convener according to GPAT and PGECET ranks, while the remaining thirty percent are filled by the Management based on merit in the PGECET and B. Pharmacy, following the rules established by the State Government.
Admission process
The admission process for B. Pharmacy, Pharm D and M.Pharmacy is designed to be transparent, merit-based, and student-friendly.
Eligible candidates can initiate the process by submitting a duly filled application form to the college’s registered postal address or by hand. Once the applications are reviewed, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview, where they must present all relevant academic and identification documents.
Upon successful selection, candidates are required to submit the necessary documents and complete the prescribed fee payment to secure their admission. This structured approach ensures that deserving students are granted admission efficiently and fairly.
