Princeton College of Pharmacy successfully organized a Personality Development Programme in association with DISHA Bharat on 16th December 2025 at the Seminar Hall, with the objective of fostering self-awareness, leadership qualities, ethical values, and holistic personality development among students. The programme was thoughtfully designed to inspire young minds to build strong character traits that are essential for both personal growth and professional excellence. The session was centered on the core philosophy of DISHA Bharat — “Know Yourself, Know Your Country, Know Your Culture.” Through engaging and thought-provoking deliberations, students were encouraged to introspect on their strengths, values, and responsibilities as individuals and as future professionals. The speakers emphasized the importance of confidence, discipline, integrity, and a positive mindset in achieving long-term success in life and career. Interactive discussions and motivational insights played a key role in keeping students actively involved throughout the programme. Participants were guided to set meaningful goals, develop leadership qualities, and cultivate ethical decision-making skills. Special emphasis was laid on the role of youth in nation building, highlighting how personal excellence and social responsibility together contribute to a stronger and more progressive society. The programme received an enthusiastic response from students and faculty alike. It proved to be highly impactful in shaping students’ attitudes, behavior, and outlook toward life and profession. Overall, the Personality Development Programme reinforced Princeton College of Pharmacy’s commitment to value-based education, helping transform students into confident, disciplined, and socially responsible professionals prepared to face future challenges with clarity and purpose.
